HACHEZ & FEODORA nationwide sales conference in Bremen
We developed a highly customized concept for the nationwide sales conference. Highlights included an interactive “Chocolade” course which engaged and surprised participants at the same time. It featured several products of the client and helped employees to learn more about them in a playful way. On top of that, JOKMOK also organized the soiree to conclude the event in a charming manner.
Our tasks:
- conceptual development of the event
- design and production of the course
- choice, negotiations and communication with the location
- set up and dismantling of the equipment, logistic of the technical equipment
- selection, instruction and assignment of the promotion team and a moderator
- organisation of the evening event
Regional Match Attax Championship
Topps Germany was searching for the Match Attax champion 2010 and 2011 and therefore, JOKMOK organised regional championship tournaments. In spring the players competed in several German cities by using the single elimination system and could win cool prices. The best player of a city got the qualification for the Match Attax Championship.
JOKMOK was responsible for the logistical supervision, the graphic design, produced the equipment and provided a 30-member promotion team, responsible for the realisation of the tournaments as well as for the rest of the entertainment program. Furthermore, in 2010 the Match Attax Swap Shop has been launched in Germany for the first time: A shop for Match Attax cards that made not only children’s eyes shine and was again a highlight for all collectors in 2011 again.
We are looking forward to 2012, and to the next ‘German Match Attax Champion wanted!’
Our tasks:
- Development of the tournament schedule & elaboration of extra activities
- Contract negotiation and communication with the locations
- Production and logistics/ set up and dismantling of equipment
- Technical on site assistance, e.g. moderation
- Selection & instruction of the Mach Attax team
- Entire travel planning, e.g. hotel- & rental car booking
Organised Play
From 2004 till 2009 we took great efford in supporting Upper Deck Entertainment in search of the best trading card game players in Germany and Europe. We challenged the fans continuously to Yu-Gi-Oh! and World of Warcraft duels in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy and UK.
Qualification tournaments or national or international championships: we find the best venue, arrange the necessary equipment, build the scenery, produce the banners, provide experienced personnel and create an always unique atmosphere.
We also take care of our client’s physical well-being. From suitable accomondation, simple catering to full-service event organisation, we make everything possible according to our clients wishes.

- Technical supervision on site, as e.g. live Internet coverage
- Overall catering & arrangement of hotel accommodations
The Enlightment
In the course of the official EXPO-project of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen the new promenade of the river Weser called “Schlachte” was enchanted by a sound- and light-installation for three month.
Numerous projectors focused the turning sculpture and various claddings on the opposite bank which generated abstract and vivid pictures. Not including gulls and fishes, around 30.000 viewers witnessed their familiar surroundings changing into a breathtaking artwork by night.
JOKMOK supported the conception, the construction, the transport and the assembly of the installation and is nowadays responsible for the continuation of the project at various occasions.
Jute Party
The Jute Shopping Mall in the centre of Delmenhorst had finally been finished. Now it was time to get the party started!
In best time JOKMOK organised a two day party which Delmenhorst should not forget that easily. The visitor’s amazement, laughter and amusement could only be topped by the fantastic light spectacle that illuminated the whole mall.
Our tasks:
- Overall conception and organisation of the table of events
- Overwhelming decoration of the shopping mall
- Artist booking
- Development and realisation of an exhibition in cooperation with the museum Nordwolle
- Planning, organisation and realisation of a game world in several promotional activities to campaign for the mall and the mall opening
- Overall handling of a fantastic illumination of the whole building
