Yu-Gi-Oh! – Gamescom 2015

During our Yu-Gi-Oh! Summer Tour 2015, we also visited the Gamescom in Cologne with our flashy branded double decker bus. It attracted much attention at the great, colorful and lively trade fair and turned out to be a visitor magnet. Many kids wanted to get a selfie with the bus and the queue in front of the entrance was always long.

Our permanent summer tour team, consisting of trained demonstrators and game experts, supervised our representation at the trade fair. Our judges were available for every question on details. So kids had their question unanswered and we delighted old and new players of Yu-Gi-Oh! alike.

Our tasks

• conceptualizing trade fair stand, with special authorization of bringing a vehicle (legislation from 2015)
• casting, selecting and training promotion team
• coordinating set up and break down equipment
• producing banners and other prints
• logistics of equipment
• selecting and providing clothing
• supervising on-site
• coordinating sales and stock-taking
• extensive reporting and photo documentation
