Yu-Gi-Oh! – Gamescom 2016

For the third year in a row JOKMOK conceptualized and organized Yu-Gi-Oh!’s exhibition at the trade fair during the Gamescom. We focused on showing how Yu-Gi-Oh! is played and on selling Yu-Gi-Oh! products.

We gave players the opportunity to take part in an official championship and compete against
a Yu-Gi-Oh! champion. On top of that, our shop offered new and rare products for sale. A special highlight was the photo box in which you could design your personal Yu-Gi-Oh! card.

Apart from conceptualizing and organizing the promotion stand we provided the staff.

Our tasks

• conceptualizing the promotion stand
• casting, selecting, training promotion team
• organizing set up and breakdown equipment and offer technical support
• producing banners and other prints
• conceptualizing and producing the photo box
• logistics of equipment
• selecting and providing clothing
• supervising on-site
• coordinating sales and stock-taking
• extensive reporting and photo documentation
