Mobile Info-Service-Staff for opening

In October 2014, after an extensive reconstruction at the Weserpark in Bremen, we provided Info-Service-Staff who were walking through the entire center to answer the questions of clients or help them find their way. The promotion ran for three months. Our staff of twenty was in the center on a daily basis during opening hours and could be seen from afar thanks to their bright and colorful clothing.

• casting and selecting a suitable team
• training the staff
• selecting and providing clothing
• planning and supervising the promotion, being available on-site
• reporting
