Ravensburger Spielwiese 2018-2019

For our client Ravensburger Spieleverlag GmbH we have been on the road for 2 years at children’s and youth festivals all over Germany. With the motto “Come and play with us!” we organize around seven tour stops per year.
In 2019 we present the brand Ravensburger as well as the brands BRIO and Thinkfun during the summertour.

Visitors of the Ravensburger Spielwiese can discover the world of Ravensburger. The product portfolio can be played and tried out in seven tents, subdivided according to subject areas and target groups. Our team of ten trained demonstrators provides active support with the necessary special knowledge and a lot of enthusiasm.

Our tasks:

• Conception and realization of the presentation of Ravensburger
• Research and communication with the organizers of different festivals
• Booking of event space
• Production and provision of event equipment
• Event logistics of material provided by Ravensburger
• Provision of personnel and organization of training
• Project management on-site
• Reporting of the event
